With your permission, we share a limited amount of information about you with your brokerage firm in order to execute transactions on your behalf. In addition, with your permission or at your request, we disclose limited information to attorneys, accountants, and other professionals with whom you have established a relationship.
In certain instances, we may contract with non-affiliated companies to perform services for us. Where necessary, we will disclose information we have about you to these third parties. In all such cases, we provide the third party with only the information necessary to carry out its assigned responsibilities and only for that purpose. And, we require these third parties to treat your private information with the same degree of confidentiality that we do. We maintain a secure office to ensure that your information is not placed at risk. Personally identifiable information about you will be maintained while you are a client and for the required period thereafter by federal and state securities laws. After that time, information will be destroyed.

For your protection, we recommend that you only provide your account information, user name, or password to a limited group of trusted advisors. If you become aware of any suspicious activity relating to your account(s), please contact us immediately.
We Will Keep You Informed
